Before scaling to $30M+ ARR, Flosum needed a site that could support a 200+ page migration from WordPress while reflecting the scale of their product, a native DevOps platform for Salesforce.

The Challenge

Flosum approached us at a point where their growth had outpaced their existing site, and the risk of losing years of accumulated SEO equity during migration became a real concern.
Their WordPress setup was no longer sustainable at scale, and their structure, performance, and content system needed to migrate into Webflow without disrupting
traffic.

The Approach

Before design, we worked closely with Flosum’s product managers and engineers to understand how the platform is used, how content supports complex workflows, and where users experience friction. This guided how we migrated and rebuilt existing assets through our Site-To-Close™ system.
We rebuilt the site to handle 200+ pages, introduced reusable UI components that improved usability, prototypes were developed at scale to validate decisions before implementation.
The mass migration to Webflow was structured in detail to retain SEO performance while creating a system built for long-term scale.

Results

The new site launched after a full redesign in Webflow, giving Flosum a scalable and maintainable asset that could keep pace with the growth of both the company and its content.
200+ pages were migrated without disruption, organic SEO visibility increased 2.2x, and the new Webflow site, built on our GrowthBuild™ framework, supported Flosum’s growth from ~$18M to $30M+ ARR since our Oct ’24 partnership.

Partnership in Action

This isn't an agency-client relationship. You bring the product knowledge, the sales context, the customer stories. We bring the structure, the system, and the site. Together, that's what makes it work.
step 01

How do you migrate 200+ pages to Webflow without losing the SEO equity Flosum spent years building?

We never touch design until we understand what’s actually at stake.
step 02

We rebuilt the entire site around Salesforce DevOps, not around how Flosum’s internal team was structured.

Every page exists to move a technical decision maker forward.
step 03

Every page and migration path was tested against real SEO data before a single page went live.

Migration at this size doesn’t get a second change at launch day.
